The doqur page sets no cookies of its own. The only third party in the room is Google Fonts, explained here in plain terms.
The short answer: nothing on this page plants a cookie, so there is no banner to click — there was never anything to consent to.
What actually loads
The page is a handful of HTML, one stylesheet, one small script and a few images — all served from doqur's own server. Nothing on the page tracks you across sites, and no analytics service is embedded.
The one third party
The typefaces come from Google Fonts. Your browser requests font files from Google's servers to render the page, and Google may log that request like any server does. No cookie of ours rides along; the interaction sits between your browser and Google.
If that bothers you
Blocking third-party requests, or fonts specifically, degrades the page to a fallback typeface and nothing else. It still reads, and it still works.
